A merge creates the rollout, a project sidebar & AGENTS.md
Merging into the branch an environment deploys from creates the rollout for that environment, and you press Start to ramp it. The sidebar follows the project you have open. A setup PR leaves the rollout contract in AGENTS.md for your coding agents.
A merge creates the rollout
Merge into the branch an environment deploys from and Fireweave creates the rollout for that environment. It waits until you press Start. When the next environment has its own branch, Promote will not create it — merge into that branch. Two environments can still share a branch: the merge creates the rollout for the earliest one in the promotion order, and the next one comes from promotion once that rollout completes.
The sidebar follows the project
Open a project and the sidebar lists that project. Organization settings — members, roles, integrations — sit in the footer, and Switch org moves you between organizations. Project settings and organization settings are separate. Rename a project and the new name shows everywhere it is listed.
AGENTS.md in the setup PR
A setup PR commits AGENTS.md, the rollout contract Codex, Cursor, Copilot, and most other coding agents read, and points CLAUDE.md at it. Fireweave keeps its text between markers and leaves the rest of each file to you. Hooks and the build gate stay a to-do. Coding agents run Fireweave through fw. There is no FireWeave MCP server to install.
